长江水利委员会三峡工程建设监理部在总结三峡二期工程建设经验的基础上,结合承监的三峡三期工程的特点,制定和完善了一系列监理管理规章制度,改进和加强监理的内部管理;制定了一系列的过程控制新措施,创新了过程控制,提高了控制水平,使承监的三期工程项目全面的、优质的实现了合同目标,工程质量达到了一流水平.其中混凝土温控措施和取得的成效达到或超过国际、国内水电行业最高水平.创造混凝土施工无裂缝的奇迹.长江委三峡工程建设监理部在出色地完成了承监的三峡工程监理任务的同时,也在工程建设中千锤百炼的成长、成熟和提高.

The progressing Stage-3 TGP Construction Supervision Department of Changjiang Water Resources Commission

On the base of summing up experience of TGP Stage II works and in the combination of supervision characteristics of TGP Stage III works,the Three Gorges Project Construction Supervision Department of Changjiang Water Resources Commission worked out and perfected a series of supervision and management rules and regulations,improved and tightened up the internal management of supervision,drafted new measures and made innovations in process control,raised up control level,made all-round and high-quality realization of contracted supervision objectives and created first-class construction quality,in which,the achievement in concrete temperature control measures and practical effect meet or overpass the highest level of hydropower industry at home and abroad,realizing crack-free concrete construction.The Three Gorges Project Construction Supervision Department of Changjiang Water Resources Commission has done a remarkable job in TGP supervision work,and simultaneously improved themselves in the project construction.
