| 摘 要： | 城市土地集约利用是我国城市经济可持续发展面临的现实问题。从社会收益、社会成本以及两者的综合角度分析可知,上海的整体投资效率、产业结构以及居民消费结构均优干天津。天津的城市扩张速度高于上海,但城市土地集约利用水平不高。

| Abstract: | The urban land intensive utilization is a realistic problem which Chinese urban economic sustainable de- velopment is confronting.From the aspects of social income and social costs as well as the synthetical analysis of the two,the authors put forward that the investment effiency,industrial structure and citizen consumption structure of Shanghai is superior to that of Tianjing.Though the speed of Tianjin's Urban expansion is quicker than Shanghai, the utilization of urban land is less instensive. |
