| 摘 要： | 商业银行实施全面成本管理是转换经营机制、优化业务结构,建立节约性社会的有力举措。文章针对我国商业银行成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,就构建我国商业银行全面成本管理体系、推行商业银行全面成本管理的方法和措施进行了探讨,并提出了有针对性的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | It's powerful action of switching management system,optimizing operation frame and establishing economy type society for our national commercial bank to implement the total cost management.This paper analyzes the question in the cost management of our national commercial bank,discusses the ways and means of constructing and implementing the total cost management,and advances the countermeasure to the question in the end. |
