| 摘 要： | 县域经济作为国民经济的基础性单元,充满着活力,蕴涵着希望,发展壮大县域经济,增强县域经济活力,是陕西省实现跨越发展的必然要求。文章首先分析了陕西省县域经济发展的现状,指出陕西县域经济发展过程中出现的问题,并从历史文化、区位条件、国家政策方面分析了原因,最后提出陕西省县域经济发展的改革思路。
