企业集群的发展与城市竞争力的提升:基于竞争资本的视角

本文首先简述企业集群的内涵与特征、城市竞争力的概念及研究的起源,提出竞争资本是城市竞争力的源泉,而企业集群及由此形成的企业文化是城市竞争力的物质实体的观点;然后在英国IainDeas的城市竞争力模型的基础上,引入企业集群和城市竞争力两个关键因素,构建了企业集群、竞争资本与城市竞争力的互动模型,并就深化城市竞争资本的角度设想大力发展企业集群提升我国中小城市竞争力的思路。

Enterprise gathering's development and city competition's improvement: angle basing on competitive capital

The article firstly introduces the connotation and characteristics of cluster of enterprises, the concept of urban competitiveness and the source of its study. Then it points out that the competitive capital is the headspring of urban competitiveness, and cluster of enterprises and the enterprise culture based on the cluster is the material entity of urban competitiveness. After that, based on the model of urban competitiveness by English Iain Deas, the article introduces two key elements of Cluster of Enterprises and Urban Competitiveness to build an interactive model between cluster of enterprises, competitive capital and urban competitiveness. Finally it visualizes some ideas about vigorously developing cluster of enterprises and promoting the competitiveness of China's medium and small cities at the point of deepening their competitiveness capital.
