| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国民经济发展的生力军,然而融资难已成为制约我国中小企业发展的主要瓶颈。许多中小企业无法顺利获得银行贷款,只能通过民间借贷来解决企业营运资金短缺的问题。因而,需要研究我国中小企业陷入融资困境的原因,分析民间借贷的利弊和违约风险,提出规范引导民间借贷健康发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Small & medium sized firms are supporting powers of national economies,however,financing difficulties have become the major obstacles for their development in China.Many small & medium sized firms can't get loans from banks,so they have to resort to folk debit & credit.It is critical to find the cause of financing difficulties and analyzed the merits,demerits and breach risk of folk debit & credit.Suggestions on guiding healthy development of folk debit & credit are raised based on previous analysis. |
