| 摘 要： | 跨国公司国际生产体系已经成为全球化时代基本的产业组织形式,全球经济日益卷入由跨国公司主导的国际生产体系。国际生产模式出现了重要变化,从内部化国际生产,到外部化国际生产,进而发展到网络化国际生产,国际生产模式正由跨国公司内部传统的层级组织发展到外部多层次的网络组织。

| Abstract: | International production system of transnational corporation(TNC) has become anindustrial organization form in global area. The world economy has been increasingly involved ininternational production system dominated by TNCs. International production mode has showedsignificant changes, from internalization international production to externalization internationalproduction and to network international production. International production mode is changing fromtraditional interior hierarchy of TNCs to exterior multi-layer network organizations. |
