| 摘 要： | 知识产权资本运营对于实现企业生产经营战略，盘活知识产权类无形资产，提高企业竞争力具有重要作用。目前我国企业在运用知识产权进行资本运营方面，仍存在较多的问题。为此需要加强对企业知识产权资本运营的研究与实施。我国企业知识产权资本运营策略和方式主要有知识产权融资、知识产权证券化、知识产权投资入股、知识产权信托等形式。

| Abstract: | The operation of intellectual property capital is of great importance to the realization of enterprises＇ production and management strategies, the revitalization of intellectual-property-related intangible assets and the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises. Currently, there are still many problems regarding the operation of intellectual property capital in Chinese enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study and implementation of the operation of intellectual property capital in enterprises. In China, the operation strategies of intellectual property capital include financing, securitization, investment shares, trust and so on. |
