| 摘 要： | 流通业的发展方式转变关系到流通业实现协调发展与可持续发展,流通业的发展方式转变的内容包括在发展道路方面从外延式发展向内涵式发展转变,在发展手段方面从主要依靠物质资本向注重人力资本转变,在发展目标方面从规模扩张向效益提高转变,在发展策略方面从零和博弈向合作共赢转变,在资源利用方面从粗放型向集约型转变,共同促进中国流通业规范和迅速发展.
