我国人力资源结构变动的态势探析

摘    要:我国人力资源结构调整自改革开放以来主要经历了城乡、城市内部各部门、行业间、跨国间的三次大调整.新世纪以来,不仅这三次结构调整都出现了许多新变化,而且呈现出人力资源配置方式的灵活多样以及人力资源管理机制上的柔性化和人文化等特点和态势.

Abstract:The structural adjust of Chinese human power experienced three major adjustments which were between rural and urban,each department,branch in cities' interior and cross-nation since opening-up and reform.Since new century,these three adjustments both appeared some new changes.The characteristic and trend of variety of allocation way of human resource,flexibility and humanist of the management mechanism of human resource was showed.
