强的松辅以中成药治疗肾病综合征的疗效观察

为探寻难治性原发性肾病综合征(PNS)较为有效的治疗方案,对18例难治性PNS患者采用连续三个月足量强的松辅以中成药及部分患者加用环磷酰胺治疗。随访5~9年,临床观察完全缓解16例,占88.9%,15例未复发,复发1例,复发率为6.2%;无效2例,占11.1%。三个月足量强的松辅以中成药及部分患者加用环磷酰胺治疗难治性PNS疗效满意。

Observations of the Treatment Effects of Nephrotic Syndrome with Prednisone and Chinese Medicine

To explore the effective treatment programme of refractory primary nephritic syndrome(PNS),18 PNS patients were treated with enough prednisone and Chinese medicine for three consecutive months and part of the 18 patients added with cyclophosphamide.5 to 9-year Clinical observations showed that 16 examples were completely eased,occupying 88.9%,15 had no recurrence,one recurred,relapse rate was 6.2%,2 were futile,about 11.1%.The treatment effect of the-three-consecutive-month enough prednisone,Chinese medicine and some patients' treatment with cyclophosphamide was satisfactory.
