Modern logistics industry is the polar industry of Henan economy. Logistics industry in Henan Province has been developing quickly in recent ten years,but comparatively it is in its early stage and has a series of problems such as backward planning,investment from too many ways,duplicated construction,small size,low specialization,and poor services .
