摘    要:基于当代和谐管理理论,本文从四个层次即基础性和谐、匹配性和谐、适应性和谐和功能性和谐来把握企业人力资源管理制度安排的和谐问题,打破了仅仅停留在功能性和谐研究上的原有模式,并据此提出了趋达企业人力资源管理制度安排和谐的基本途径。

Abstract:Based on the contemporary theory of harmony management, this paper grasps the harmony issue of institutional arrangement of enterprise human resource management from four layers such as basic harmony, matching harmony, adaptable harmony, and functional harmony. It develops the original pattern which mainly stays at the research of functional harmony. According to these, this paper puts forward the basic approach to the harmony of institutional arrangement of enterprise human resource management.
