养老金调整政策的绩效与评价研究——以2008年浙江省企业退休人员基本养老金调整政策为例

企业退休人员基本养老金的调整,充分体现了党和国家对广大企业退休人员的关怀和关心,是让改革开放的成果更多地惠及人民群众的重大举措。本文以浙江省为例,通过对浙江省企业退休人员基本养老金调整政策的研究,对该政策的保障水平,对经济的拉动效果,对就业的推动作用进行了调查和分析,对该政策的实施效果进行了系统评价,以期为政府决策提供依据,同时也为其他省市的养老金政策的调整提供参考。

On the Study and Evaluation of Social Security Policy's Performance——For the example of Zhejiang enterprises's pension adjustment policies

The adjustment of basic old-age pensions for retirees, reflected the broad masses of the party and the concern of the people's major initi-atives. Based on the example of Zhejiang Province, this thesis analyzed the protection of the policy, the pull effect on the economy, and the em-ployment promotion through survey and analysis. At the end, this essay provided a evalution and basis for decision-making, as well as other prov-inces and cities for the adjustment of pension policy for reference.
