| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展、科学技术的进步、计算机的普及和Internet的迅猛发展，为了适应现代的社会，教育必须改革。教育改革必须以教育观念的转变为先导，素质教育要求应用现代教育技术创建新型教学模式，这样人才素质才能更加优化，科学技术速度才能加快，才能适应社会的发展。
