| 摘 要： | 本文从对现有的国际化程度评价指标进行回顾和评价出发,指出其存在的一些局限性;在此基础上,提出了构建中国企业国际化程度评价指标体系的三个价值取向;最后,本文构建了一个合理的基于动态演进的、比较符合中国企业国际化特征的,由内向国际化程度、外向国际化程度、全球一体化程度三个二级指标构成的评价指标体系.

| Abstract: | There're limitations in the existing appraisal indices of Chinese enterprises' internationalization.In order to construct a sound appraisal index system,three transformations should be realized in the value orientation,that is,from multi-national enterprises to internationalized ones,from the present static management to a future dynamic development,and from a simple qualitative appraisal to a combination with quantified one.And only on this foundation can a reasonable appraisal index system based on dynamic evolution be constructed,which accords with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises' internationalization and consists of three secondary indices: the inward internationalization degree,the outward internationalization degree and the globalization degree. |
