| Abstract: | The strategic study of the local talent cultivation is especially important for talent work in a transitional stage. The development of regional higher education is the key to cultivating local talent. The local higher education plays a more and more significant role in the local economy. The paper discusses how local higher education contributes to the development of local economy from the perspectives of cultural value, economic significance, family education cost, and employment and social issues. |
