| Abstract: | the article sums up the problems and contradictions during the period of talent cultivating and using through the analysis to the demands situation of accounting talent of high vocational school, then brings forward that we should cultivate talent of comprehensive theory and major knowledge basis. At the same time, it also explores the professional education aim, pattern and process from the angle of knowledge transferring, ability training and quality cultivating, provides some references for the well development of account specialty construction and teaching reform in high vocational school. |
