| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是当今世界科技与经济结合的一条成功经验,是一项开发潜在生产力、促进经济发展的战略措施。由于受各种因素的制约,我国的产学研良性运行机制尚未形成。应促进产学研合作相应机制的建立,搞好发展模式选择,优化产业结构,增强国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Currently in the world,the collaboration of industry-academia-and-research proves a successful way to integrating science and technology with economy in terms of exploring the potential productivity,and promote economic growth.As an imporat strategy,it has been restricted by various elements.And there is the lack of an efficent and effective mechanism.So it is vital to take active measures to build that mechanism,perfect the developing pattern,optimize industrial structure so as to improve the international competitive capability. |
