| 摘 要： | 分析了动态联盟的专有资产投资优势、效率优势和组织优势；在此基础上，详细论述了动态联盟内部成员在合作过程中知识活动的微观机制，从知识、知识活动主体和组织这3个维度分析了动态联盟知识活动效率的影响因素；最后，以中国3G技术联盟中心的知识合作活动为例，对动态联盟企业间知识活动的微观机制和影响因素进行了分析。
