Abstract:In order to make the agency by agreement relation in order,reach the long-term encouragement result to the manager,The option has received the high praise of the domestic theory circle and business circles.Because of option defect and restriction of the environmental factor of itself,run into a great deal of questitons in implementing.To how improve question,in have heavy realistic meaning very at present.This text combines the performance of the domestic and international option,has put forward some improvemet suggestions,have perfected supplementarily a little and analyse models.
