论基本建设单位的财务管理

随着金融危机爆发和蔓延，中国的通货膨胀压力已明显减轻，但随之而来的通货紧缩则使国有企业的经济状况急速下滑，而信贷的紧缩则使企业的筹资更加困难，因此，在金融危机下，如何确保国有企业基本建设的正常进行及如何确保国有基本建设单位的资金的安全运转成为国有基本建设单位财务管理的主要内容和首要任务。本文对金融危机下国有基本建设单位财务管理中存在的主要问题进行了分析，并就此提出了相应的对策。

Financial Management of State-owned Construction Enterprises Under the Financial Crisis

The pressure of inflation in China has been reduced significantly due to the outbreak and spread of the financial crisis. This has led to the subsequent deflation of state-owned enterprises and enabled the rapid decline in economic conditions, and the credit crunch makes financing more difficult for enterprises. During the financial crisis, how do we ensure the infrastructure of state-owned enterprises and how does the normal infrastructure of state-owned units ensure that the safety of operating funds as a unit of financial management of state-owned capital remain the first priority. In this article, the main problems of financial management for state-owned construction enterprises during the financial crisis are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
