| Abstract: | This article systematically analyzes the background,momentum and trend of the ever-increasing international competition centered on the higher education and the future cultivation of new talents between the today's main countries,especially between those power countries.From many different perspectives,such as the formation and content of the knowledge economy,the causes and patterns of the power gaps between different countries,the China's position in the international community,and its long-nuid-term policies of the rejuvenation through science and education,and etc.,the article,strategically,has conducted lots of researches and prediction with comprehensive social significance. |
