| 摘 要： | 目前,我国已是世界上对外直接投资最大的发展中国家,也是全球第五大对外直接投资大国。我国企业在开展境外直接投资的过程中,有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。本文在对企业深入调查的基础上,总结了我国企业对外直接投资过程中遇到的问题和面临的困难,并提出了现阶段推动我国对外直接投资发展的相关建议。

| Abstract: | At present,in terms of overseas direct investment(ODI),China ranks No.1 among developing countries and No.5 worldwide.There are successful experiences,as well as failed cases of Chinese enterprises' ODI.Based on the thorough investigation,this article analyzes the problems and challenges of ODI facing Chinese enterprises,and makes suggestions on how to promote the development of Chinese ODI. |
