基于产业结构视角的北京城市化率各影响因素分析

改革开放以来，北京城市化率得到了较大幅度的提高，目前北京市城市化程度在我国属于较高水平。城市化率的变化是一个复杂现象，受到很多因素影响。从产业结构变化的角度看，当一个城市的城市化率达到较高水平后，进一步提高其城市化程度，必将依靠服务业的大力发展，特别是现代服务业的（生产性服务业）突破性发展。

Analysis of the Various Influencing Factors of Beijing Urbanization Rate in the Perspective of Industrial Structure

Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy, the urbanization rate of Beijing has already got a great improvement; the current urbanization rate of Beijing is at a high level in China. The change of urbanization rate is a complex issue and affected by many factors. From the perspective of industrial structure change, when the urbanization rate of a city reaches a rather high level, it must depend on a high development of service industry, especially the breakthrough development of modern service industry (productive service industry).
