日美经济关系的失衡及其教训

20世纪50年代以来，随着日本经济的快速发展，日美两国之间出现严重的经济摩擦。日美经济关系从不断升级的贸易摩擦转为金融领域的摩擦，日本被动地调整汇率和货币金融政策，并引发国内经济萧条。日美经济关系失衡的根本原因在于国际与日美国内金融领域的深刻变化。为此，中国应汲取日本的历史教训，及时调整经济、金融的发展战略。

The Imbalance of Economic Relations between Japan and the U.S. and the Lessons

The rapid development of Japanese economy since the 1950s is featured with serious frictions in the Japan-US economic relationship,which had been spread and escalated from trade to financial issues,leading up to a serious imbalance of the bilateral economic relations.This paper argues that the imbalance can be essentially attributed to the profound changes in both international monetary system and domestic financial sectors since 1970s.The Japanese lessons suggest that China should adjust the economic and financial development strategy in time.
