| 摘 要： | 综合交通运输体系是未来我国交通发展的重点方向。结合综合交通运输体系特点,从规模、结构、服务品牌和效益4个方面构建了区域综合交通运输评价指标体系,在此基础上通过德尔菲法确定指标权重,采用正态分布作为隶属函数,构建了基于模糊综合评价的区域综合交通运输体系发展综合评价方法。最后通过实证分析验证了该评价体系和方法的有效性和实用性。
