| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来我国社会的利益格局呈现出许多新变化，贫富差距、城乡差距扩大、人民内部矛盾上升等不和谐的社会问题，制约了现阶段我国和谐社会的构建和社会公平正义的实现。为此可以从调整改革收入分配制度、改善民生、完善民主法治等方面构建社会利益新格局，为实现公平正义奠定坚实的基础。
