| 摘 要： | 文章认为，土地税作为一种重要的经济政策工具，对促进土地资源的合理配置有着十分重要的作用。合理的土地税制可以引导城市土地利用方式，抑制土地投机，提高土地资源的节约利用程度，有效地解决我国目前城市土地利用中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | As one of the major economic policy tools,land tax system plays a very important role in promoting the rational allocation of land resources.Reasonable land tax system can guide the way urban land is utilized,suppress land speculation,improve the degree of economical utilization of land resources,and solve effectively the existing problems in urban land utilization in our country. |
