我国经济增长下的失业现状及成因实证分析

失业既是一个经济问题,也是一个社会问题,过高的失业率往往会成为社会不安定的因素,影响社会的和谐发展。文章用实证分析的方法探寻了中国经济运行过程中出现的与传统经济理论相悖的现象,并据此总结了我国出现高增长伴随着高失业现象的原因,即源于经济体制改革和人口总量等历史因素以及产业结构调整。文章提出了四条缓解失业的对策,即保持制造业吸纳就业的能力,调整劳动力结构,完善就业服务及社会保障体系以及大力发展第三产业。

Empirical Analysis on the Unemployment Under the Economic Growth in China

Unemployment is not only an economic issue but also a social issue.High unemployment often becomes social unrest factors influencing the development of harmonious society.This paper uses empirical analysis method explored the phenomenon abhorrent with the traditional economic theories which appeared in the process of Chinese economic operation,and accordingly summarizes the reasons and countermeasures of high-growth accompanied with high unemployment.
