| 摘 要： | 区域产业升级一般有产业内升级与产业间升级两种路径,中部地区老工业基地应以产业内升级为主。洛阳坚持产业内升级为主的路径,加快向新型工业基地转型,走出了一条全新的工业发展之路,产业升级步伐明显加快,对中部地区老工业基地推进产业升级具有借鉴意义。
