| 摘 要： | 建设先进的保险行业文化是我国保险业科学、健康、稳定发展的基石。保险行业文化既有其他行业文化共有的特点，又因其特殊性而具有自己鲜明的特色。我国保险文化发展至今，已初显成效，但与发达国家相比，目前还存在许多不足之处，突出反映在诚信文化的缺失等方面。如何培育先进的保险行业文化是亟待解决的问题。
