| 摘 要： | 发展微型企业是扩大就业、改善民生、激发民间活力及促进社会和谐稳定的重要举措,也是国富转向民富的重要途径。文章认为,应通过加大孵化器载体建设力度、建设支撑微型企业的公共技术平台、建立面向微型企业的孵化基金、加强对微型企业的法律和政策支持及培育主导产业等措施促进微型企业成长。
