| 摘 要： | 文章以湖南省为例，分析了农业产业化发展的现状，认为中国农业产业化发展存在农产品基地发展滞后、企业数量和规模亟待扩大、市场机制不健全以及发展环境不容乐观等问题。文章分析了土地制度、金融制度和农产品流通制度对农业产业化发展的制约，并提出了深化土地制度改革、积极改善农业金融环境、推进农产品流通体制改革、加大农业科技和教育投入力度等推动农业产业化发展的对策建议。
