| 摘 要： | 供应链可靠性是确保供应链稳定运行的基础,本文从提升供应链可靠性中所面临的成本与效率的矛盾出发,以链式供应链为例,分析了仓库的设置对提升供应链的作用。并引入单位可靠性成本的概念,从成本的角度分析了设置仓库是否符合经济性,最后结合模型分析,指出仓库设置在利用率较高的供应链结点企业处,能够获得最好的经济效果。

| Abstract: | Reliability is the foundation of stable operation of supply chain.In this paper,we start from the contradiction between cost and efficiency which we came across when trying to enhance the reliability of the supply chain.Then,we analyzed the role of the warehouse in enhancing the supply chain reliability;At the end of this paper,we point out that we should set the storage beside the enterprise of the highest utilization rate,which is based on the model results. |
