| 摘 要： | 中共十七届五中全会提出推动文化产业成为国民经济的支柱性产业,作为区域间竞争焦点的文化产业迎来了发展的历史契机。同时,为了提升竞争力,区域发展日益趋向于整合。作为文化产业推动主体的政府部门,针对文化产业的区域整合,需要以部门的横向与纵向的协调运作为整合机制,以区域内的横向区位环境为整合载体,以不同时期所形成的纵向文化资源为整合内容,形成统一的文化产业品牌,以文化产业集群模式建构区域内整合发展路径。
