| 摘 要： | 文章立足于我国中小企业管理水平的提高，在对新现代泰罗主义观点进行深入理论研究的基础上，把符合现代企业发展的理论精髓与核心内容有机地融合到我国中小企业的管理之中，文章提出了加强科学管理、人性管理、强化中小企业培训工作等提高中小企业管理水平的对策建议。
