| 摘 要： | 投资主导向消费主导、中高碳经济向低碳经济和国富优先向民富优先转型是我国经济转型的基本趋势,我国经济发展方式的转变既拓展了中小企业发展的空间和促进其产业升级,又给中小企业发展带来新的问题。文章认为,我国经济转型的战略导向和要求是中小企业调整发展战略及推进企业改革的基本立足点,中小企业在发展战略调整中必须明确企业发展定位和发展模式、增强自主创新能力、把履行社会责任与战略调整高度结合。
