| 摘 要： | 低碳经济发展模式将成为世界经济发展的新特点,未来全球产业发展模式也将步入这一新的框架。实施低碳经济发展模式与区域工业结构优化升级二者是相辅相承、辩证统一的,前者是方向,后者是动力。低碳经济模式下区域工业结构必然向资源节约型、环境友好型、低碳节能型以及高附加值、高加工度、高技术化的方向优化升级,进而实现经济发展方式向低碳经济发展模式转变。
