| 摘 要： | 文章从新制度经济学的角度对我国大学科技园发展中政产学研等利益各方的合作效率进行理论阐释，探讨大学科技园与其它相关主体：大学、园区内的企业、地方政府、国家、省市各级科技及教育部门等的利益关系。在此基础上，探索其内部合作机制和外部体制，主要包括动力机制、激励机制、利益分配机制、沟通与协调机制等。
