| 摘 要： | 1999年 6月重新修订的《中国人民银行法》以法律的形式将我国现阶段的货币政策目标规定为“保持货币币值的稳定 ,并以此促进经济增长”。 1998年以后 ,随着GDP下降趋势日益明显 ,货币政策有效性的问题显得尤为突出。本文主要按狭义货币政策有效性的概念 ,讨论我国货币政策的无效性及其原因 ,并对提高货币政策有效性应采取的措施提出了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | The law of bank, P.R.C, which was revised in June, 1999, regulated in the form of law that the current monetary policy was aimed to maintain the value of RMB and therefore, propel the economic development. Since 1998, GDP has been on the decline, so the effectiveness of the monetary policy becomes a noticeable issue. This paper is focused on the ineffectiveness of the monetary policy and its reasons, and then proposes some measures to make the monetary policy more efficient. |
