| 摘 要： | 政府的科技支出会对企业自筹科技经费产生杠杆效应或挤出效应，即促进还是挤出企业自身的科技投入。本文基于我国制造业的数据进行了实证研究．研究发现我国政府对企业的直接资助和对行业研发机构的资助都会促进企业自身科技投入，同时政府的直接资助强度和行业的产权结构会对这种杠杆效应产生不同的影响。
