| 摘 要： | 轨道交通装备制造企业的两化融合既是技术创新,也是管理创新,是技术与管理交融的过程。文章基于轨道交通装备制造企业的两化融合发展涉及技术、管理、人力的发展及重新组合配置,分析了当前轨道交通装备制造企业在推进两化融合过程中存在认识误区等六个方面的问题及原因,提出轨道交通装备制造企业两化融合的四个基本目标,并给出五个方面的实施路径。
