| 摘 要： | 本文立足于我国宏观就业环境,利用1978-2006年间重要年份的相关样本数据,运用统计计量方法对影响我国就业形势的因素进行多元线性回归分析,并以回归结果为根据,在综合对比国外相关因素的基础上,对促进我国就业水平提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Based on China's macro-environment of employment,this paper used relevant sample data during the years of 1978-2006,made multiple linear regression analysis on the factors affecting China's employment situation.According to the regression results and comparison with the situations of foreign countries,it also put forward suggestions to improve the employment level of China. |
