| 摘 要： | 本文从公共政策的视角,以1994～2008年中国大陆23个省份跨地区数据为基础,分析中国协商式民主以党派、界别促使公共政策影响经济增长路径、机理和绩效,研究发现中国协商式民主在短期可以通过公共政策明显正向影响中国的经济增长,而随着民主进程的深化可能影响经济增长的速度,呈现"U"状况,但是从最终可以实现我们希望的两者并驾齐驱的结果,并给出了三点政策启示。 |

| Abstract: | This paper investigates a sensitive topic concerns about democracy and economic growth from a public policy perspective.Data of 23 provinces in mainland China from 1994—2008 were utilized to analyze how deliberative democracy within Chinese parties and circles affect economic growth through public policies.This research indicates that deliberative democracy obviously promotes Chinese economic growth via public policy in short-term,however,rate of economic growth shapes an U-curve accompany with the development of democracy in the long run,and they will finally advance side by side as our wishes.Three policies were also proposed at the end of this paper. |
