| 摘 要： | 耕地是人类赖以生存的生命线。随着我国城镇化和工业化建设的不断推进，耕地不断遭到破坏，耕地保护问题日益突出其重要性。影响我国耕地保护的因素主要表现为环境问题、政府征地权的滥用以及土地闲置等。必须运用法律手段，采取切实措施对耕地进行保护。

| Abstract: | Farmland is the foundation for the survival of mankind. As China's urbanization and industrialization, farmland has been continuously undermined, and farmland protecting problem has been highlighted its importance. The main factors impacting China's farmland protection are the abuse of land rights, environmental issues and land lying idle, and so on. We have to use legal means and take effective measures to protect farmland. |
