电动汽车分时租赁的推广策略研究

摘    要:在国家政策的推动下,电动汽车已经初具规模,电动汽车分时租赁模式应运而生,然而目前分时租赁由于其面临来自各个方面阻力,如网点密度不足、充电设施不完善等问题,其推广的效果不佳。指出了目前分时租赁推广的现状,总结出网点密度较低、充电设施发展缓慢、租赁系统不完善、推广形式单一以及政策方面等分时租赁推广中存在的问题。最后,提出了通用推广策略和针对性推广策略。

Research on Promotion Strategy of Electric Cars Timeshare Rentals
Abstract:The development of electric vehicles is particularly rapid. And it has begun to take shape by the promotion of the national policy. Then Timeshare Rental model emerged. However, the promotion of Timeshare Rental model is poor due to the obstacle from various aspects, such as insufficient density of the lease site and short of charging facilities and so on. The paper mentions the existing promotion problem of this model by analyzing the current situation, such as limitations of electric vehicles performance, the slow development of charging facilities, the incomplete rental system, the promotion of a single form and some policy issues. Finally, the paper presents marketing and promotion strategies. Marketing strategies include market positioning and service positioning. Promote strategies are composed of generic strategy and targeted strategy.
