| Abstract: | Based on the study of network planning, this paper presents that the optimization of network planning being a multiobjective optimum problem, and on the basis of analyzing duration-cost, a comprehensive optimum model is given by the author, the model synthesizes duration, cost, quality , probability of completing duration and resource so that the optimum problem of network planning can be solved wholly. |
