摘    要:加入WTO后,随着外国产品和服务的大量涌入国内市场和市场内的竞争越来越激烈,消费者的维权 问题也出现了一些新的特点、新的变化。防止国内外产品和服务对消费者造成损害,尤其是在已发生损害之 后能获得及时的解决,已不仅仅是消费者个人的事情,而是关系到整个国家的利益问题。

On Furthur Protection of Customer Benefits After the Entry Into the WTO
Abstract:The entry into the WTO, with the large portion of imported products and service from abroad, accounts for an increasingly fierce competition in the home market. This breeds a number of new features as to the protection of customer benefits. In case of the harm of foreign products and service, especially the compensation in time, it is noted that such affairs never belong to individual customers, but rather the protection of the national benefits.
