| 摘 要： | 根据评价指标的观察值所能够提供的信息量来确定权重,对传统DTOPSIS法进行改进,避免传统DTOPSIS法由主观判断确定指标权重方法的不确定性和随意性。根据神华集团铁路实际运营特点,建立以运输量、效率、质量、收益主结构绩效评估体系,运用改进DTOPSIS法对铁路运输绩效进行评估。
